Home Made Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe


It doesn’t get better than strawberries on cheesecake. Even individually, these treats are as delicious as it comes. Plus, a generous slice of the strawberry cheesecake is sure to put a smile on a kid’s face. The combination of the creamy and thick cheesecake with tart strawberries and a crunchy biscuit base is truly heavenly. It will leave all the guests smiling ear-to-ear! Moreover, this recipe is super easy to make. Thanks to our eggless cheesecake mix, you don’t even have to make the cheesecake from scratch. So just enjoy the process and dig in!

  • The Eggless Cheesecake Mix by The Cheesecake (Includes Crust) – 350 grams

  • 350 ml (approximately 1.5 cups) Cold Milk

  • 1 cup strawberries (some halved and some chopped)

  • ½ cup of sugar

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons of water

  • 1.5 teaspoon corn flour


Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Then, line a 5-inches-wide flat round pan with baking paper.

Open our packet of Crust and spread it at the base of the pan. Press the crust down evenly. Next, let the crust bake for 15 minutes till golden-brown.

While the crust bakes, let’s move on to the cheesecake mix. Open the packet of our cheesecake powder in a bowl and mix it with cold milk. Once the mixture is creamy and thick, pour it over the baked crust.

Now, let the cheesecake bake for an hour and 10 minutes. Bake till the outside is set, but the centre is still a bit loose.

Next, take the cheesecake out of the oven. Let it cool for 20 minutes at room temperature. Remove it from the pan and let it cool on the rack. Then, cover the cheesecake and let it rest in the fridge overnight.

For the strawberry sauce

First, place the chopped strawberries, sugar, vanilla extract and a cup of water in a saucepan. Stir it and then bring it to a simmer over medium heat. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Then, combine the cornflour with two tablespoons of water. Mix it and add it into the saucepan. Stir again. Now, add the halved strawberries into the mixture and let it cook for a minute. Next, remove it from the heat and let it cool. It will thicken as it cools.

Once it is cool, stir again and add water to adjust the thickness to your liking.

Now, take the cheesecake out of the fridge and spread the sauce generously over it. Let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours. And voila! A delicious, party-ready strawberry cheesecake for you and your loved ones to enjoy!


The cheesecake is best eaten fresh. You don’t want to keep the strawberries for too long because they will begin to spoil.
