Duration

Prep time – 10 minutes | Cooking time – 25 minutes | Resting time – Overnight

Serves

5 – 8

Ingredients

  • The Eggless Cheesecake Mix by The Cheesecake (Includes Crust) – 350 grams

  • 350 ml (approximately 1.5 cups) Cold Milk

Yep, that’s all!

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Open our packet of Crust from the pre-mix. Place the material of the crust at the base of two small jars. Make sure that your jars fit in your oven. Press the crust down evenly. Next, place the two jars in a large baking pan. Let the crusts bake for 10 minutes till golden-brown.

While the crust bakes, let’s move on to the cheesecake mix. Open the packet of our cheesecake powder in a bowl and mix it with cold milk. Mix till the mixture is creamy and thick. Then, pour the mixture evenly onto the baked crusts in the jars.

Now, put the jars in the baking pan back into the oven. Let the cheesecake bake for an hour and 10 minutes. Bake till the outside is set, but the centre is still loose.

Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature for 20 minutes on the rack. Then, cover the cheesecake and let it rest in the fridge overnight.

If you’d like, you can top the cheesecake with some strawberry sauce. You can find the recipe for the sauce in our Strawberry Cheesecake recipe.

And

Voila! You have an eggless cheesecake in a jar that is delicious and perfect as a gift to your loved ones.
